“…After a couple of months, I realized how everything was changing. Some of the benefits that I started noticing was that I was getting stronger, my mobility improved, and I noticed that my energy it was different. I felt more energy to do other things in my every day life. My mind was clearer too. I was focused more on the activities I was doing, I was able to read again, and I was feeling happier! …One of the things that Coach Robert always says… “the hardest part is to show up”, and it’s so true. .” — Mayra Valenz
“We started with the TACFIT system and Master Coach Robert Miller back in 2016 and we were both in our late 40's at that time. I cannot stress enough on how great the TACFIT system is and how amazing Coach Robert has been as a motivational, mentor, and guider of mind, body and soul. I 100% believe we would not be in the same space, both physically and mentally had we never stumbled upon TACFIT in Burbank almost 7 years ago. Robert, you are absolutely the best!!”
Sincerely,
Jeff & Annie M ~

“I started training with Rob in 2020. I came here to to TACFIT. I need a tactic to improve mobility, strength, and recovery, because I do a lot of Jui- Jitsu and Muy Thai. I always heard that I don’t have the mobility that I need, so training under Rob, I was able to gain strength mobility, and recovery. He helped a lot with my strength and conditioning as well. I became stronger. He helped improved a lot of my strength that I need it for my game, and I also did privates with him in which he implemented a lot of TACFIT, which was great for what I need it for….Take advantage of training with him, because he’s one of the best trainers we’ve had here in Burbank, CA” - Andreya Bermejo

“When I started doing TACFIT, I started doing it with Rob. The way it changed my life…my mobility, my flexibility, and my strength.. which I’m able to use in Jui- Jitsu and Judo. It helps me with my recovery, the way we stretch before class and after class. Within the training, he adjusts every single movement to your body. I guarantee that anyone that does TACFIT with him will fall in love with it. I could not be happier with him. He’s a wonderful person and a wonderful trainer.”- Gloria Aguilera
”I also did private training with Rob. Not only did he help me improve my mobility, he also helped me get stronger which gave me more confidence when rolling with much younger people. I was able to escape and defend faster and better. It was worth every little penny.”- - Gloria Aguilera

“Coach Rob is probably one of the best coaches I’ve ever gotten a chance to work with. I’ve been working out for the past 25 years… I’ve done traditional weights, I’ve done Crossfit, played on team sports…been working one on one with Rob, especially in my 40’s, was a game changer for me. I mean, the man just knows how to figure out where your weaknesses are, and how to make you stronger. So, if you ever get a chance to work with Rob, that is the man to work with. He will get you where you need to be.”

“My name is Kevin. They call me caveman around here. I am a coach, a kids coach, an adults coach. I also work front office at Legacy Los Angeles.
Robert Miller has helped me and TACFIT has helped me a lot. Robert helped me with my mentality… the core…the base. You have to have that mental strength to do anything. And TACFIT…. Just that constant being in the moment has helped me with Jiu Jitsu. It’s translated into Jiu Jitsu and May Thai. Not just with being in the moment, but with my breathing. Breathing is a big deal. I used to pressure tap a lot as a big boy and the breathing has really helped me calm down and be in the moment and accept what’s happening to me. If they are on top of me, I don’t need to spaz out, freak out and loose track of my breathing. I need to relax and accept the position and move on. TACFIT has helped me with that… Big Time!
Not only has it made me a lot more present, but honestly, even stuff like when I get the clubbed and I have to bring my elbows in…that’s so much Jiu Jitsu. When you’re passing someone’s guard, if the elbows are out, you’re weaker, you’re using your biceps. When your together, you’re using your whole body and TACFIT is the bridge between Jiu Jitsu and May Thai. The main thing is the breathing. The breathing is such a big deal…. And being in the moment.
Thank you Rob, thank you TACFIT!”
